I am a Director of Neuroinformatics and an Assistant Professor at the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Brain Institute (OBI) with a secondary appointment at Department of Neuroscience, UT Southwestern Medical Center. Using next-generation sequencing approaches at single cell resolution coupled with computational and machine-learning approaches, I am studying the complex gene regulatory networks to identify genomic signatures involved in brain disorders, sleep and circadian regulation.
